Or can anyone explain how to read tabs becaus I can read chords ok but I need help with tabs and alot of people tell me tabs are easier!!

I play and teach on the side, so here goes,...
the six lines are the strings, and the number is the fret. h,p, and s refer to hammer-ons, pull-offs, and slides.

tabs may be easier, but i learned the old way and i think its better.
tabs are very simple though, just correlate the number to the fret - thats all there is to it
