There is a clip that holds the light in the bumper. You may need to pry the clip off. Once you get the light free, changing the bulb becomes a relatively easy process. Then reinstall the light and slip the clip back in place. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes total.

crawl under rear bumper on your back, look up and you should see some plastic tubing going to the bumper, wires for these lights are in that. the bulb and socket should spin out so you can replace the bulb.

if you can't just remove the bulb from the rear, most of these light housings are just held in by 2 plastic clips, top and bottom. using a baby flat head, push the top tab down and the housing should fall out to change the bulb.

take a look at your tag there should be some screws that u can remove to change your bulb
