The solutions are greater exciting than the question. As to the question, it type of feels that people who're tried for conflict crimes are on the dropping area of the "conflict". Our united states is engaged in an activity wherein persons are being killed. It's because congress over the last 6 years has been the most corrupt in American history. I base this claim on the spike in criminal court cases - public scandals, and the dramatic increase in both volume of lobbyists and volume of lobbyist dollars spent.

There is no executive oversight for that reason - also because of the culture of fear and blind nationalism promoted by bush's campaign managers it is very difficult to express any dissenting opinions.
Listen buddy - besides all that cash being wasted on social programs and education (out tax money) is now being spent on something worthwile like buying a couple more yachts for friends of the royal court.
That's the way it should be.
As long as the ultra rich are getting paid off by us - they will stay loyal americans. Eventually they will even start companies like Wal-Mart or similar distribution model for us all to work at.

I think their waiting on further evidence. There has been a report that a meteor could be heading towards earth within the next 20-30 years and their wanting to blame him for that also. So, keep listening to the words of the 60's potheads that write songs aimed at exploiting their views while at the same time, lining their wallets and deteriorating the fabric of our society. What are the charges? Did Congress go along with him on the war? Did they have anymeans of checking out the claims? Did they not use them?
Do you have the power to prove any allegations? Could you get enough senators to vote for impeachment? Could you get a Grand Jury to indict?
