That's usually caused by a cooling problem. You might need to replace some fans. They're not expensive (about $10 each) and easy to install.

Take the side off and make sure all of them are turning. You just might need a couple more because your computer is sitting next to a heat source like a radiator or heating vent.

It is most likely a hardware fault. Your PC would probably blue screen (crash screen) but you have the setting set to "automatically restart" so your not getting to see the error message on the blue screen.

To change this setting right click on my computer, go to the advanced tab, then click the startup and recovery - Setting button, within this tab uncheck the "automatically restart box".

The next time your PC would of restarted, it will probably now show a blue screen with an error message.
This error message is the key to finding out the source of the problem

In my experience the most common hardware fault that causes a blue screen\crash is faulty memory. You could try changing that as a good starting point.

It could be heat related but not likely if you are experiencing this after 10 mins of use. - Check the fans anyway.

The most common cause of this is overheating.
Make sure the fans are running and replace if neccessary.
Clean out all dust and debris from the fans and processor ( carefully ) and make sure the heat sink is fully attached to the cpu.
It may be the cpu is failing and needs replacing .
Good luck
