Sounds like a new approach on the 411 scam that has someone allow this Nigerian agency use their bank account to keep money safe from their government temporarily for the promise of a fee to be left in the bank account. Instead they just clean out the bank accounts existing funds.

In general, if you get an email about a job offer, but you have to pay money to apply for it (especially these work from home offers) then it's a scam--a new version of the pyramid scheme

I usually ignore them. Am afraid that they might try to download viruses on my computer. Some people who want to sell you anti-virus do this. Happened to me once. Stay clear.
