I am a male with more of a cute feminine appearance. Can I get away with wearing something a little girlish?

You can wear whatever you like. You will, however, get some reactions and lots of attention if you wear a ribbon in your hair. Some people may laugh and poke fun at you. It also depends on where you're going. That sort of accessory in your hair will be more acceptable in some settings than in others.

Well it all depends on you. If your a straight male then you need to be willing to take some stares, snickers and assumptions from others. If your gay then yes you could most definatley get away with it. If you are staight then I personaly would not recommend it, but it's your own prefrence and judgement that is going to make the final decision.

A male CAN wear a ribbon in his hair, unless otherwise prohibited by laws governing your state, however, you can expect to be stared at, laughed at, made fun of, and likely called derogatory names with reference to your sexual orientation which may or may not be true. (not that there is anything wrong with that)
