If you had any and all resources to fix those problems, what would you do?

drug users, no safe injection site, theft and crime arising from the above I would legalize all drugs and that way control the what , when and where, This is a problem that is only going to get bigger, so why not have it in a controlled environment, If the drugs were given away free, there would be less prostitution, theft, family's damaged , work missed, and all the pitfalls of illegal drug use
