Do the hormones involved with P.M.S. make a woman somewhat crazy? I think I just experienced one of the worst PMS exprience. I did not feel right--mentally. Is this uncommon?

No they are not uncommon at all.

Men just are not always very understanding over something we have no control over.

I had twenty five years of endometriosis and PMS, in the royal class definition.

My hysterectomy was about the best thing to ever happen, other than I personally do have to stay on Premarin to substitute for no hormones in my system. Without it I become incredibly paranoid.

Work on taking really good daily vitamins and minerals to try to keep your system in balance.

Good Luck I truly sympathize.

About once or twice a year I get a feeling of a chemical imbalance in my brain, maybe PMS, maybe not, but its not a permanent condition, it goes away. I want to yell and scream and cuss everyone out for no good reason.

Its pretty normal for me. My husband always knows a few days before I am going to start. He says I start acting loony. It has to do with the sudden hormone changes that are getting your body ready to start.
