We'll all be a billion years older. Microsoft will have worked out all of the bugs in Windows. Arabs and Israelis will stop fighting... for about three weeks. The Cubs will win their first world series, almost.

The sun will extinguish and destroy the first four planets in our solar system. Andromeda will have collided with the Milky Way and the two super-massive black holes in each of there cores will consume eachother creating a super-super-massive black hole. Many of the stars we have come to know and love will be dead, replaced by new-borne balls of Hydrogen converting plasma. Life will cease to exist on Earth, whether or not humans are still around totally depends on our own technological advancements today.

I can't tell what will happen tomorrow, much less a billion years from now. I'm sure they would consider this time now as ancient days.
