On an average 28 day menstrual cycle,middle of this cycle,thats the 14 day is when ovulation will occur,meaning yr best chances of conceiving is around this time.
Precisely speaking,intercourse should take place within 74 hrs prior to the 14day or no more than 24 hrs after the 14 day.
To assume yr ovulation period,divide yr average menstrual cycle days ( maybe 28 or 30 or 40,on an average) by 2.
Intercourse staged during this period will get ya impregnated.

If you have a regular cycle, meaning you start your period every 28 days, your best time to conceive would be 2 weeks to the day after the first day of your last period. This time frame is where you ovulate (release the egg form the ovary) and you have the best chances of getting pregnant at this time.

The Old Testament implies that they were considered ritually unclean at such a time, but it doesn't actually say that. I don't believe any Christian Churches have any restriction on it and I believe most women do worship during their periods. I mean, it's only, what? Two hours, at the longest. If you fear that, you probably shouldn't drive. Or work-does your boss give you the week off just because you're having your period?
