my wife and i have been married for 2 years now and our realitonship was doing ok. like about 1 year ago she got a job. now it turns out she doesnt love me anymore and shes telling her friends in job that she wants to record what is going on inside the house.she said "i hope he hits me". i knowthis cause her "friend"told me about this. we both have a daugther and she is illegal what are my chances of keeping the child. i work and i look after my daugther when shes at work. what can i do?

This happens to many marriages. For some reason when women get in the work force after being home for a long time they lose their loyalty bone. Now that they have some freedom and a little change they see the rest of the world as more fun. I don't think she doesn't love you she just wants the freedom to do what ever she wants with out consequence.IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT as long as you have been a good husband.Her saying she wants you to hit her is her making you the scapegoat to end the marriage.So don't take the bait if she starts an argument. If she wants to leave let her leave because it will just get worse. It's like putting a cat in the corner she will scratch her way out so it's best to let her go and miss what you guys had. After the world chews her up. She will have the memories of her old family. and who knows maybe with some counseling you 2 could work it out. But that's the future.For now she has to go so separation should be best. Since she wants to leave have her move out and pay her own rent. Continue to split watching your daughter, but stay away from her mind games.
Pertaining to your daughter. Get a hold of the family court and find out what your rights are. Find out from immigration what is the procedure in past cases like this. Don't give them exact information of your situation. Good luck Take care.

You can start by getting a restraining order removing her from the home. File for divorce and ask for everything. As for your"illegal" daughter(not sure what you mean???), If she is not your biological child and you have been caring for her you may be responsible for her. listen and listen good.............YOU must convince a Judge that YOU are the primary caretaker for the child. If any family and friends can testify on your behalf it will help. If you can afford a lawyer you should hire one.

Sit down and talk to her. Communication is your key here. Find out if she has a hidden agenda. Does she love you ? Or is she with you because she has no other choice ?
Anyways I say be careful. Trust your feelings. If you feel she is just odd - watch your steps and talk to her. There are laws in US that support abused women. And if she can proof that you have abused her she will could sponsor her self and become legal.

u need to begin divorce proceeding's she is trying to set u up, and get u thrown in jail. call the immigrations on her, she will be deported, and your child will get to stay with u, she may be cheating on u and be planning some dirty deeds on u. don't get into any altercations with her, no matter if she starts it, as whoever calls the police first, the other spouse goes to jail. u could get a restraining order on her, and she wouldn't be able to come near u. but u should definitely get an attorney and start divorce proceedings, this girl has some bad plans she is plotting up.

First, you are getting information second-hand. Why don't you confront her? If you are in a state like mine, it's a no-fault state and she can divorce you without you laying a hand on her. Anyway, you two really need to sit down and talk this out. You have a daughter to think about. Not talking to her about it isn't going to resolve anything.

Well, first of all, she can't be illegal if you guys are married. Second, you need to somehow get you and yourself away from her, obviously she's a nut, if she is hoping you hit her so she can have your baby girl. Maybe get her on some meds??

She is looking for an excuse to get out of the marriage... Do not fall for it though and do not give up.... why is your daughter illegal if i may ask. Talk with your wife and see why she wants out and why she is unhappy....
