Sweetheart! NO! Im a nursing student at louisiana state university. SEx is when the Penis enters the vigina (whether it breaks the hymen or not). And you do not loose your virginity when the hymen breaks. Infact about 20% of girls' hymens break while playing sports. The hymen is just there it can break without you having sex. weather being "fingered or using a toy of some type your vaginal tissues are still being parted, i would say yes.
