Dress conservatively and neatly. Show up a few minutes early, and make sure you have a copy of your cv (resume), a pen and paper with you. check out the company's website, and think of an intelligent question to ask about their company, in case they ask you if you have any questions. Most of all, relax, it will be okay.. good luck!

Are you going to an interview, or is your company holding interviews? If your company is holding interviews: Make a list of the things you want answered. Assign different members of the interview team to ask questions in areas. Try to get them to focus each prospect on the area they are concentrating on, take notes about a prospect in their area.

If you are going to an interview, just answer the questions as clearly and intelligently as you can. Worrying, is the worst thing an applicant can do.
