If you have been having regular unprotected sex and pregnancy has not occured, you should go and see a doctor who can arrange some testing for you and your wife. Pregnancy should generally happen within one year, so 4 years implies that there is a problem.

if you have been trying for a baby for 4yrs with no success then U need to go and see your doctor asap and see about getting some fertility tests done. also your wife should be taking folic acid and you should be having intercourse at her most fertile time each mth. If your wife has irregular periods then that could be whats causing the problem however you will need to have your sperm count checked. Being over weight or under weight can also reduce your chances of conceiving along with smoking and drinking alcohol. I wish you luck and hope that you can have a family if thats what you want.

Lots of things you can try. First I would get checked by a fertility doctor to make sure there are no problems.
You can try having sex between day 8 and 16 of your wifes monthly cycle. You can try wearing loose fitting underwear. You can also try to give your balls cool baths. The other thing to try and excuse my bluntness, is to masterbate prior to having sex. This is said to remove the older sperm. After ejaculation your wife could try raising her hips above waist level. She should also not pee straight away (so I've been told).
The main thing is to relax and enjoy yourselves. If you are tense and constantly worrying about conceiving, it really doesn't help, stress levels and all. Good luck :-)

You guys should probably get checked for any fertility problems if you already haven't. If nothing is wrong your probably not having sex at the right time to conceive. Try having sex every other day. It's tiring, but that's what me and my husband did and now we have a beautiful baby girl.
Good Luck!

If you have tried ovulation cycles intercourse, exercise, relaxation (Sometimes not trying works) and diet see your doctor - they can do test to check that everything is working correctly in both of you. Might seem embarrasing but what will you do for your child (I know i would move the earth) The Doctor can advise you from there when you have all the facts.
Good luck

If you want a child, start trying.!
If you have been trying for the last 4 years, i suggest you speak to your doctors, who can run some test. If nothing shows up, they can refer you to the hospital if you want them to.
Look into checking your wife temperature to indicate when she is ovulating.
Good luck, it will happen so I'm sure!x

If you have been having regular unprotected sex for that long then you need to go see a doctor and have tests run. Otherwise, I'd suggest using ovulation tests to see when she is ovulating.
