Tell them you feel like you're getting a cold, or you're cramping and just wanna lay down, or you got a date, or you gotta help a friend or family member with something, or you gotta babysit! lol. When I wanna get out of something, I say I have to go help a friend write a resume! lmao! Sounds lame but guys always believe it!
Awww!! ppl on here are such good friends!! See if these were the ppl you had to meet you'd have no worries cuz they'd understand!! Unlike my friends who are bullies and would taunt me and call me a loser or a lame if I didn't wanna go out!! They call it tough love! I call it abuse!

Just be honest with her. I have done that before. If they are real friends they will understand that you just need some time to chill out. Make another date so they know you are not avoiding them, then go home, put your feet up and RELAX.

Just tell her the truth - there are enough lies in the world without you contributing with trivial ones.
Tell her not tonight but rearraneg for a differnet night so she doesn't feel totally neglected.
For all you know she feels the same and would welcome a night in herself.
