Make it relaxing and fun for a crowd of teens. Ofcourse within budget:
Menu: Go Itaian. Salad in balsamic dressing. Non-Vegies Lasagna; Vegies, a pasta made specially with them in mind. Garlic Bread for everyone. Birthday cake dessert.
Entertainment. Go to Toys R Us to the game section and pick out stuff for older kids. Maybe even a karaokee machine. Also, don't be afraid to ask her what she likes and what fun things shes done at other parties to incorporate it. Games like Tabboo are games that teens and adults can do together.
Good Luck.

Good Luck! Start by checking for different places such as community center or township hall, sometimes apartment/cond/manufactured housing complexes have a community hall that will rent to one of their community members. Check and ask your close friends and families if they have that access. Get your daughter involved in planning her party- brainstorm ideas about theme and food. Then see how much it costs and be creative. Check with Family Circle, they have articles and outlines to create family gatherings and a birthday is a gathering.

If the weather is nice in your area in March - find out how much it is to get a pavilion rented at the park. Or start looking to see how easy it is to just grab one without renting it (in our area...there are usually empty ones until summertime when all are reserved). The park makes a good setting and you can do goofy cheap stuff like water balloon tosses adn 3 legged races.
