Yes as long as you don't expect too much at first, my Polish friend came over a few years ago a found a job in one day true it was as a waitress, but her next job was better and the one after that better again.

Depends what work you want.
Working in a foreign country can be quite intimidating, but you will also learn a lot very quickly.
I had the great opportunity to spend some time working in the Netherlands... Unlike the UK, most Dutch people are bi, or tri-lingual and it was easier for me to fall back on English for some things.
English people are usually monolingual and also can sometimes be quite short-tempered with people who cant understand them, or make themselves understood.
I think it's a good opportunity, if you can work somewhere where you are not working with the public, or in a simple service industry.

London is a hugely multicultural and multilingual city so it shouldn't matter too much. That said, you will need a fairly good level of English to do most jobs. You can easily get yourself onto an English course to improve your skills at the same time - most employers would see that as you showing your initiative :)

seems alright to me. If its that bad, get studying first, then apply for jobs. alternatively get a job in telesales, apparently talking english isnt too important.

try 2 improve ur english,but u can find work in any arabic shops in edgware road in london or any arabic shops,but it's better 2 improve ur english coz it's easy.
