There are different forms of willpower.Sometimes having the will to do nothing can be more beneficial than trying to take hold of a situation and failing, and putting yourself in a worse spot. You should do what you truly want to do and not what you think you're supposed to do. If you want to do it, then your will should come naturally. If your instincts are telling you not to do something, there is probably a reason.

Will power is not usually something that people are born with, but instead something that is affected by environment, your own decisions, and the influence of your parents. Things you can do to improve will power is to look over your life and decide what needs to change. Then set goals and take however much time you need and fulfill them!

Everyone has will power. You just have to discipline yourself to take advantage of it.
