Is there a link between the following 4 things please?
- slavery
- lobotomy
- genocide of native people
- colonialism

I better watch out or the closet war groupies out there will be after me...

Most of the time the victims of these acts were minorities. But because we have lobotomy on the list, all of these also could be linked by brutality or dark side of the human civilizations.

i would say yes, an attitude of thinking of others as "not as good as you" would lead to the slavery and genocide ,,,,,, colonialism in some ways is related, as often with it comes the taking of the native peoples land,,,,,, and usually in order to feel ok about treating a group of people so badly, a person needs to feel that there is something wrong with them,,,,,,,,, and both genocide and slavery have been used as means to colonize,,as to lobotomy,,,,, that has been done to people,,,,, i am not certain how it would link in to the other 3,,,, over the years, people have done it to others,,,, both their enemies and their own people,,,,

i think your generalizing things......there all from a "bye gone era" ....and your grouping them for shock value. they can be used toghter in one act, war.....but ethnic cleansing sounds like like it might fit.....
