Depending on your experience. Buggy Boys make minimum wage. Bakery, Deli, Produce, Meat start off with 6.50 less if not experienced. I work in the bakery but ive been working their 3 years and i had experience as a cashier(cashiered 3 yrs at a gas station) so i make descent money now. If you a GSTL(guest service team lead) with experience you can make up to $10 bucks a hr. LODs(leads over deparments) make about 13.50. It may not seem like much but the benefits are awesome. Day care help, health insurance, dental, eye, life, 401k. You get discounts on cars in your area if you looking to buy a car. They even have a online nurse! You have to be their awhile though to get the benefits though.Downside you buy your own uniforms, and its hard to progress to better positions.

Would depend on where you live, past experience, ect. Best thing is just to call your nearest Target store and ask (a manager)what the basic starting pay is, unless you have work experience in retail, then let them know that. They'll at least give you an estimate.
