I disagree with what the question is asking, i don't think they are hating upon Hispanic immigrants, just the ones who are breaking the laws to enter the nation, and that's not even hating, it's upholding the laws. I live in a state where we are heavily in fluxed by illegal boarder crossings, and at my job we have all had to undergo numerous training sessions on how to better adapt to the environment, and every single study that has come out by the local anthro-researchers has shown damage to our economy, higher crime, lower educational standards, and a division between the peoples of the area. I think if we're going to debate the issue (which seems the democrats don't want), we need to examine the opposite side first, why is it that people hate the US so much that they are willing to tare down its laws, commerce, standards, and deepen fear. As far as the election is concerned, I think the progressive movement has shown a complete disconnect with the people in my area and the conservatives are being painted as villains for wanting restrictions. It's a shame we can't have any straight talkers to talk with the people and end all this closed door cloak-and-dagger bad mouthing. Oh well, angry views from a disillusioned voter!!!

No it is not legal. It is a biohazard, and your wife could go to jail for discarding your remains illegally. She needs to first get a permit (honestly, I don't know where she would get that type of permit). So depending on how quickly you plan to die, she may or may not be able to get this. And they don't just hand them out to anyone. The grave has to be dug properly, not disturbing any gas lines or ground water. And then the next home owners will NOT be able to exhume your body, because it is now (with the permit) a type of cemetery. Much like if you bought an old farm house with the family buried on the premesis. You can't just dig them up without contacting and getting permission fromt their next of kin.

No you cannot bury a body in your backyard. There are contamination laws that require it to be so far into the ground and the body has to be in a coffin that meets regulation. This is to prevent decaying bodies from contaminating ground water. Cemetaries are regulated. Cremation is cheaper and you only have to pay for the actual cremation. Then your wife can spread your ashes wherever you want them.

No you cannot bury bodies wherever you would like, the body needs to be buried in a location zoned for burial. If you somehow convince city council to rezone your back yard for burial purposes then it is legal, however it will make it damn near impossible to sell the home.

The best way to do it is to just do it. Don't call anyone. Don't call attention to it. Just do it.

One day, your wife will find you laying there dead. Have her take your lifeless body and place it into the grave.

Also, the best way to speed up the decomposition process is for her to bury you in the nude.

If not, have her take you to the nearest construction site and give Big Al a ten spot, he will ensure you have a good home.

Yes, it is legal, but if your family ever sold the place, then the next person could have you unburied and removed. Plus i think it would put a strain on your property value
