I am a straight, bald, small, fat, working male. People are allowed to use and abuse me without recourse. Why is that?
Are equal rights and justice only for minorities and animals?

You have answered your own question you're not black, in a minority group and your not an Asylum seeker, what else can you expect !, By the way you sound like a mirror image of me, and if anyone infringes my equal rights's, I smack them in the gob, try it, it works for me

Studies have shown that "good looking" people are given more breaks than, well lets just say it "ugly" ones. They get the better jobs and are the ones who get the good promotions. This applies to both male and female humans. It's probably a part of the evolution process... think natural selection. Is it fair?... hell no. Is it a fact of life?... hell yes. But, remember this... there is also "The Peter Principle". So, sooner or later everyone eventually gets their justice.

Unfortunately, you are not a member of a victim group. You are part of the persecuted majority. Somebody has to be. The 'left' are creating legislation to support minority group activities in order to control the majority. You will only change it if you kick this Government out. Much of this legislation covers behaviour that used be regarded as bad manners, and not requiring legislation.

Minorities and animals don't get them either...don't kid yourself.
You are treated like that because human social behaviour is almost identical to that of our closest relatives...the chimpanzees
It is all about belonging to the group. Any difference no matter how small, will be used by the group to create the social order.
Read some of the panic writing on here about Muslims and Indian actresses....you can almost hear the chimp barking noises!!!

You have my total sympathy! Unfortunately, I think that those who positively discrimate are causing more segregation, unrest and ill-will towards others than their commonsense non-PC friends.
