The answer is simple. Persistance & kindness. It's not that it takes massive amounts of talent to break into Hollywood. I'm sure we're all familiar with Keanu Reeves. Many famous/successful actors in Hollywood do not exactly posess the most polished skill. If you think about it, getting into Hollywood is supposed to be about who you know right? So, what better way to get to know the right people than sticking it out for as long as it takes. Eventually some casting director is going to recognize you & say "that's the one I want"!
The only reason every actor in Hollywood is not a movie star is because most people simply aren't able to find the strength to face the years of rejection & struggle. The average person in most cases just lacks the willpower, stamina & patience to develop the know-how. However, those who are persistant to, what sometimes seems to be the bitter end, will always ultimately come out on top.
It's also important to keep a kind and positive mental attitude. Many Hollywood actor's get cast all the time merely because they're nice people and the director likes working with them. Before you've made a name for yourself, no one in the industry has ANY reason to do you any favors, even if you are a phenomenal talent. When it comes down to it though, if they have to choose someone, they are going to pick the person, not only that they can envision in the role, but the person who they've developed the greatest rapport with and can see themselves working with for however many days or months.
In short, the secret to success in Hollywood is, and will always be, just to keep at it...no matter what! Keep a positive mindset about it, regardless of rejection or the amount of work you're receiving and always...always...always be kind to everyone...because in this industry, you never can tell who you're talking to or how they could help you achieve everything you've ever dreamed of!

Know the right people and make the right connections in the business. Take acting workshops, community theater, school plays. Improve your English, too. Eventually, get an agent. They are VERY selective about whom they take as clients and only the best of the best are going to make it, and even for them it's VERY difficult. Wait tables forever in LA, because that is essentially what most Hollywood actor wannabes are doing, and they will be doing it the rest of their lives.
