Well, it all depends on which Manning shows up. He is notorious for choking in the big games, but then he erased a huge New England lead and finally got two monkees off his back...winning the AFC championship and beating New England in the playoffs. The Bears D-fence had shut down the potent Saints offence, so they can shut down Manning if the apply alot of pressure and force him into bad decisions. Both teams have belonged in this game for the past 2 years and both were huge disappointments last year. So, both are going to be nervous.
Anyway...I am taking the Bears. I think their defence can handle the one track Colts offence. The Colts have been fortunate to have their defence step up lately, but it is not the Chicago offence you have to worry about when playing the Bears. It is the defence creating short field oppurtunities for the offence. So, since the Bears defence finally seems like the Bears defence. They stopped the Saints. They manned up against Seattle in a game they should not have won, but their defence raised to the occasion. So, I will take the Bears D over the Colts O. Final score, 24-17

Bears win by 14. Last plays of the game, Bears up by 7, Peyton has 2 minutes left, drives them down the field only to be intercepted and returned for a touchdown. Poor Peyton, again, has to wait till next year.

There's no denying destiny. Tony Dungy and Peyton Manning have walked a long road with a lot of heartache to get to this point. It will take more than the Bears to get them to walk down "Heartache Road" again.

The Colts simply have to much fire power for the Bears to contain and match point for point in 4 quarters of play.

Rex will have a good game. Colts cannot stop the Bears run game or Hester.
Manning will get his yards, but it won't be enough.
