What country are you in?

In the US, there's no real masters. That's b/c to be a pharmacist, you have to get a Pharm.D now. It's a doctorate, so while there are PhD/Pharm.D. programs out there, the PhD program isn't necessary to become a pharmacist. Those joint programs are more for you to become a researcher or professor instead of working as a regular pharmacist.

Pharmacy in the US doesn't require any residency. 4 years of pharm school and you're out. You can do a residency, but that's only if you want to work inpatient at a hospital or some other clinical type job. If you don't mind dispensing drugs at your local neighborhood pharmacy all day, you don't need a residency (that's typically the highest paying pharmacy job anyways, which is weird b/c it doesn't require a year of being a low paid resident).

For other countries where pharmacy is a bachelor program, there are doctoral programs. However, pharmacy is one of those things (like most top end medicine professions) where it's just too demanding to allow for some part time program for working adults. A simple way to think about it is would you like to have heart surgery by someone who got their degree online and you're the first patient (alive or dead) they'll get to work on?

Passing up study journey for something not regarding your PhD grow to be a foul idea - the PhD is a study degree, and also you do not even understand if it truly is going to pastime you, a lot less have any thanks to cajole a grad software to provide you a shot at it. you would have a shot at some decrease ranked courses in case you get solid GRE and subject GRE rankings.
