Unfortunatley he fell into a "damned if you do, damened if you dont" situation. After 9, 11 he had to make a decision, fight or do nothing. He chose to fight which makes half the country call him a war monger. Had to chosen to do nothing then half would have called him a p#$%y with no spine. Do I think we have been in Iraq too long? Yes. Then again remember that the UN would not allow us to even inspect Iraq for 5 months, think this may have been enough time to hide anything?? WMD's have never been found but this is a man that bragged about using chemical weapons against his own people.
If you run the numbers you'll also see that the stock market is constantly setting record highs. Interest rates are within a point of the Clinton administration as are unemployment numbers. Oddly enough, in his last election the press ran more than 50 times as many stories about how poorly the economy was compared to the Clinton administrations (numbers taken from USA Today).
Yes, we need to step down in Iraq and let them have thier civil war, it's going to happen whenever we leave be it today or 5 years from now.

I'll say it again. I believe he is a decent, honest and caring man who has found this country in a very unfortunate war! I know he wants freedom for the oppressed Iraqii people! No one had any idea that the insurgents would fight so fiercely!

He obviously knows more about the situation in Iraq than the average citizen does. So I think people should give him the benefit of the doubt that he knows what he's talking about.

He is the USA's current president.
Even though he first campaigned as a compassionate conservative, he is neither.
However he is not the cause of all the world's ills.

Basically, he's a coward who talks really tough. He's weak on defense, weak in Iraq, weak in border security and continues to try to sell everything in this country from Highways to ports to Alqaeda and foreign companies.

He needs to get together with his advisors and get EVERYTHING straightened out. Otherwise, he really looks incompetent, and that's never a good thing for a leader.
