I did see this on CNN. I do not think it is right regardless of race. Wrong is wrong, right is right. Race has nothing to do with it in my opinion. Yes those girls deserve to be punished because what they did was wrong. According to the news the 3 girls were hurt fairly bad. This society needs to worry less about black, white, yellow, red or any other race and worry more about morals. If you let these girls get away with it once, they will do it again. If they get punished they will think twice before messing up a second time.

I don't think it was necessary to mention race...it's not right for anyone to be "attacked" in my opinion. There may be more to this story than what you have posted (for instance, was any reason given for the attack? Did the girls do something to initiate it? Etc.) I wouldn't mind reading the entire story behind your question, if that's available.

They are idiots. Even though I'm Black, I'll tell you that these people are nothing but an embarrassment. They obviously failed in educating their children and now they are making it some sort of martyrdom issue.

hmmm... let's see, an african american man is shot by caucassion police, while he was at home protecting his jproperty. Caucassion police shoot and kill a 92year old african american woman, after busting in her house (which turned out to be a wrong address); let's see, there was rodney king, and gosh, there were so many situations like that... funny how only those three caucassion girls bother you enough for you to be concerned by such injustice.

Having said that, the teenagers get a fair trial, and are innocent until proven guilty.
