I think what you are asking for is a USB thumb drive / USB flash drive.
Usually, from brand names, it is around $100 CAN for 1GB and around $130CAN for 2GB. In the $50 ish, it is 512MB.
As for nonames, it depends. I got one for $30 after instant rebates at 1GB
Just shop around...aim for around $75 for 1GB and $35-$45 for 512MB
The lowest one you should get.
Sizes are: 64MB, 218MB, 512 MB, 1GB, 2GB, etc

Here are some prices. You will actually pay more if you get a USB memory stick under 1GB, with the exception of 64MB. But I would spend the money and just get 1GB.

The best I can find is one of 4GB and it costs £46.47. It's about 90$ I think.

128MB ---u can't find it in market-so old
crapy one--its that 128MB u can get--it's price is according to ur mutualisation.
