Yes, and no...
So long the language supports arrays, not all languages do...
While the logic would remain the same, the command syntax usually would not.

So, you can not usually simply copy and paste entire clips or command lines from one language to another.
While a few languages do allow this for the mere reason that the commands just so happen to be compatible, most do not.

But in my experience, and there may exist some exception(s), so long the language supports arrays, then the logic should be all the same thing from one to the next.
At least all the ones I've seen were like that, out of maybe a half dozen...
