Morning wood. We all have that. I have woken up with a morning erection nearly every day since age 13.
Testosterone levels are often very high in the mornings, and that's why it happens.

A mans body builds up testosterone during the time he is sleeping and this male hormone is responsible for giving men an erection and also his libido. Don't try to stop it, when you get older you'll wish it was still getting hard in the mornings. I take injections of testosterone for this reason since my testicles stopped producing it in large enough quantities and now I have erections 10-20 times a day. It's definitely not a shameful condition, it's perfectly normal.

There's a few reasons: the main one being that you have to go pee. Scientifically, I dont know the reason why that it is but I did read about it somewhere. It could also have to do with tetesterone levels in the morning and maybe what kind of dream you had before you woke up. Mainly though, its the urine thing.

penises get erect at least once an hour while you are sleeping..
try masturbating until you ejaculate before going to bed each night... this will reduce the chances of having wet dreams..

that is totally normal. It startled me the first time it happened though. Believe me, you only need to start worrying when you wake up without one!
