Heck no... Kentucky is a beautiful state with horses. There are still plenty dirt roads around, but they are less traveled. No, men don't carry around shotguns anymore, i dunno anyone ignorant enough to do it.. People think of us Kentucky people as pure, idiots who cant spell cat without having to look it up, and that is because when they are interviewing about something in kentucky. They interview the most ignorant, dried up person who lives up in the mountains without a life. In ways, no, it's not Dirt roads and shotguns.

Not in this day and age. There probably still are very rural areas, but i do not think that all of the men still carry shotguns over their shoulder. And there are dirt roads in every state including very populated areas like New York or California.

every state i have ever been in has dirt roads and shot guns so it seems that you will find these things everywhere if you look, kentucky is no different from anywhere else but if you go there you will find it to be a beautiful state

When I went to Lexington yrs. ago, it was blue grass everywhere. I was young and don't recall much about the trip except getting nauseated on the way there because I went to sleep going around mountains--gag!
