it really depend on your budget ! 5 stars hotel charged about RM 250 [ or more ] per room per night but it cost only may be as little as RM 50 at a budget chalet. A decent meal at the reputable restaurant would be something around RM 100 for one but you spend only RM 5 at road store ! so its your own choice as whether wanted to spend more or less for the similar item !
on the average, i think about RM 2500 [ shopping excluded ] should be more than enough to fully enjoy your 5 days in Malaysia !

if u r speaking approximately sight seeing KL & it atmosphere i'm going to offer the breakdown below.. hotel 4-5 start up :- RM 200.00 x 5 = RM one thousand.00 Taxi & return and forth :- RM 50/day x 5 = RM 250 nutrition :- RM eighty/day x5 = RM 4 hundred.00 good procuring :- RM 500.00 costs or etc :- RM 200.00 different incurred value :- RM 200.00 So the minimum would be RM 2550 = USD 750.00

Check your local travel agent. If you were to travel alone the price is more or less from the tour package provided by your local travel agent.
