I think you mean COOHCl2 or COOHCl4

small l not capital L

regardless, as the earlier responders stated, there is no Cl2 or Cl4 version of formic acid. I think you forgot a C or two.

Carbon can bond to 4 other elements at a time. COOHCl is the only way that the elements you gave could bond. Thre is no Cl2 or Cl4 possibility

there are no such compounds with that formulas. it's just impossible, or you add some others Cs or the maximum is COOHCl that is chloroformic acid or semiphosgene.

COOHCl2 is a stronger because it will desociate more than COOHCl4
