I would plan on about $500 on up. When we travel, we often stay at a timeshare condo which we own, so that cost is covered. Flights are around $280 to $350, park tickets are about $200, then add food, rental car, souveniers, etc...
Total stay, without hotel comes to about $1200.00 a person (for adults).
And that cost is for a 7 day 6 night stay.

Well, to go for three weeks you might as well by annual passes to Disney and that will cost you about $450 each. I would figure at least $75 per night for the hotel, so about $1500 for that (if there are four or less of you - if there are more, you'll have to pay extra or get more than one room). Don't forget airfare (or gas) to get here and rental car if needed. There are age restrictions for renting cars and securing hotel rooms as well, so make sure you look into that. Renting a car for three weeks (if needed) will be several hundred dollars. I'd figure at least $40 - $50 a day for food per person per day. So, if you are going to stay for three weeks, you are looking at $800 to $1000 for food per person. If you are very thrifty or eat cheaply, you might be able to get by for $500 per person for three weeks, but it would be tough. Then spending money - the truth is you can spend thousands on trinkets, snacks and souvenirs at Disney. You'll spend as much as you bring. I imagine at least $200 for that. Honestly, to fund a three week vacation to Disney will be out of this world expensive.

It all depends if you're staying at a nice hotel or not. Also, it depends how many times you're going to the parks. I reccommend getting a 7- day park hopper, and buy additional days if you need them. Do not forget to visit the water parks. They are included in the tickets you buy, so you can either choose go to a water park or a theme park for that day. Unless you're really into animals, don't go to Animal Kingdom. It's not that fun. There's one really fun roller coaster, but you wait in line for hours. And when it's hot at animal kingdom, there is no shady places to go, really. have fun! It will probably end up being a few thousand dollars.

Really this is a 'how long is a piece of string' question. The amount you take should be governed by how much you can afford. Disneyland is as expensive a place to be as you want it to be. If you eat really well it will cost you, if you take advantage of the more expensive facilities available then you will need more money. Decide before you go how much you can afford to spend and then stick to it as far as you can. It is all too easy to let the expenses run away until you find that you have far exceeded your budget.

We went in October for two weeks, (two adults) and spent about £1800 in total. But we bought a lot of clothes and souvenirs. We also bought our ultimate disney tickets here before we went which saved us a lot! I would def recommend them, they very flexible and u dont have the extra lay out cost when u get there as the parks are around £50 each to get in. Go to teletext.com, that where we got our tickets from. Have a fab time- I'm very jealous!

Well I took my daughter to Disney Land Paris for a weekend and spent £400. Never been to Disney World but after Paris I would take at least a thousand + for a week and maybe a credit card as well just in case. It's a very expensive place . I would personally just make sure I have a credit card with me then if I needed more it's there but if not great . Have a fantastic time as we did in Paris an unforgettable experience.

It depends. Do you like to shop alot? Are you eatting in the parks? My husband and I usually take about $1200 to cover food and sourviners. And make sure you get most of it in travelers checks. You don't want to be carrying that kind of cash. Have fun. I leave for WDW in 7 months 16 days and counting.
