i just finished todays episode of guiding light... and after tammys funeral, jonathon put sarah in the car, followed allen in a car chase then drove off a cliff and the car crashed and exploded!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are they really killing jonathon and sarah off??? i hope not! that is so sad! just make him run away with her, right? i hope jonathon just staged this!! has anyone heard or read anything????

I read a spoiler on soapcentral.com that says he is faking their deaths so he can take Sarah and move away. When everyone thinks they are dead he is going to show up and say goodbye to Reva, but Johnathan will be leaving the show after that.
I'm sad because he and Tammy were two of my favorite characters.

Yea, i seen that he drove off a cliff but i didn't know sarah was in the car. That sucks that they taking tammy and jonathan off the show. They are my 2 favorite actors. That's why i watched the show because i liked them. Well i guess i wont be watching it any more. They gonna lose a lot of fans.

i won't have faith that they are taking this piece of historic previous off the air, whilst nonetheless airing lots different cr**. i will boycott CBS as others have suggested. which means now not gazing ATWT that have been a duo for me while my artwork schedule allowed. i'm merely so heartbroken. the two soaps have been a factor of my existence for the reason that i substitute right into a youthful teenager. I grew up with Philip and Beth. i attempt to observe each 2nd that i will, through fact i won't yet think of my loose afternoons without GL. unhappy yet authentic, I cry over the arriving near near disappearance of fictional characters. Sorry, back on your question- I do have faith that Reva will die. and then I say no. they can't do this to us. she will stay to tell the story and be reliable and be a mom to Connor and a super spouse. our ultimate capability will come from Philip taking on the dynasty back. we can be conscious of that Springfield will proceed to exist despite in the event that they don't enable us to work out it anymore.

I was shocked when I saw it! I think he faked their deaths to get away from Alan (at least I hope so)!! I wish they had just had Jonathan and Tammy take the baby and leave town, then someday they could have been brough back and we could of got a happy ending out of their leaving!!

It was staged so he can get away from the Spauldings. But they are leaving the show. He is supposed to say goodbye to Reva then leave.
