No. How else can we inflict additional taxes on the poor and the stupid. The Lottery cannot work alone in parting the stupid with their money!

In America, casinos are owned by Indian tribes who get a check every month from the U.S. government. Since the casinos are built on Indian reservations.

it doesnt matter what we think...theyre alway gonna be people looking for a quick fix to gain financial security and theres always gonna be folk who lose it all whether its in casino (if you have a tux..or a suit..or some people just a tie) and for those that dont theres scratchcards!!..im personally not much of a gambler but thats because i dont have pots of money to chuck about...

I don't think the industry wanted them. All that was really needed was more permitted areas for casinos.
