cos when ur your ur idealistic and one fo the survival traits our brains have is to make the past seem better than it was. you might have been heartbroken at the lying cheating SOB at the tiem but what u remember most a few yrs on is going to be the lovy dovy of the before. We dont forget because it was a good thing, and our brains like to remember good things and forget the bad.
