Property is in berkshire England and I m interested in seeing any photographs that the council have of my property including aerial photos

Yes, you can. IF they exist. The kind of information you seek is held by the rates department of your local council.

I do know for a fact that they are only allowed to show it to you and are not required to let you have a copy. This may not be what you are wanting but it is something I have encountered.

Best thing is to phone the planning or the rates department and ask your question. They will be able to tell you straight away if they hold that information for their area or what department does.

well I don't know about England, but in the US you can see your properly value and aerial shot on the Internet. So I would suggest to check the Internet in your area.

You could have a go under the Data Protection Act......say it can identify you....expect disappointment though but worth a try.
