My fiancee for the past couple of months has been experiencing left testicle pain, it goes and goes and never is constant, he has went to the doctors several times and the doctors don't even know what has been causing it, but he also has vomiting with the pain and he says it is very uncomfortable. If anyone has any advice on what it could be please let us know, thank you

he could have an intermittant torsion (where the tesrticle turns on the stalk) and it shuts off the blood supply (similar to blue balls) and then after a while, the testicle returns and the blood flow starts again and everything is hunky dory...
what kind of underwear does he wear...what is he doing when the pain is at its worst...what kind of job does he have...those could be a few clues
the pain can be so intense, it could cause vomiting...like when you get kicked in the testicles...
the doctor may want to order an ultrasound just to cover his bases and your husbands testicles...it may show nothing, but that would be ok, what if irt showed something that could be treated?

A hernia possibly. He should make another appointment with the doctor and ask for diagnostic tests, such as an MRI to get a good visualization of the testicles and etc. So he should do this ASAP . Good Luck!

He needs to either go back to the doc or go see a urologist to find out what is going on. If it is causing vomiting at times he needs to figure out what is causing it. A urologist would be a good place to start.
