Absolutely no, it's just a tusked animal which is a marine carnivore. The unicorn's fictional and imaginary. All powers the unicorns have, don't have any resemblance to it (dead or alive) because they are totally imaginary.

The unicorns horn can contain magic because it isn't a real animal....a fictional animal can have anything you want it to have....a walrus on the other hand is real so comparing it to a fictional being isn't very reliable....so my answer would be no :)
