In terms of conventional cost/benefit analysis-"no." As friends, family and women who date me eventually find out; my biggest quality is my ability to drain and suck anything of value out of the other person. I find this increases my own perception of my intrinsic worth to others (that's what sucks them in I believe) but there is really no tangible benefit to society or my own pursuits (besides acquiring sex, money, and favors through such). I would add that you are right on would saying that you "suspect not." I agree across the board. People overstate their own importance. so, is anyone that expects to gain any sort or tangible or abstract benefit from me purely wasting their time? Probably. The only worth I can give is to tell people how it is; but that unfortunately is something not desired by most.
