Its interesting! Ronaldo is a shadow of his former self! A few knee operations, injuries ,wait gain, and the media can affect any player. For Ac Milan I think is bad and good. Its bad b/c supposely Kaka and Ronaldo got into a heated disagreement at the world cup (kaka was critical of ronaldo for his lack of movement in the first game) and haven't spoken since, so you wonder if chemistry is going to be a problem. Also you dont know if he has it any more, this is certainly is his last chance at a major club to prove himself. it can be good b/c Ronaldo has proven himself for country and club. It can be a little hard to doubt a man who score 107 goals for real madrid in all competitions since 2002. Also he can prove all the doubters wrong, you wont get the old Ronaldo but maybe a player who can give you 15-20 goals in a season if he's healthy. I wish him the best of luck

John H is an idiot, because EVERYONE KNOWS Ronaldo is going to PLAY in ITALY. Milan need him, he didn't like Spain, he liked it in Italy, therefore I think it was a good choice.

I think he will do well. The league has got a bit faster but that should not be a problem. I think the Milan coaches will be able to get him back into shape. Ronaldo is world class, if he starts to look after himself his form will quickly follow.

i think ronaldo is a very good player. i know his form has dipped but u don't win fifa player of the year three times and a golden boot as a fluke. he was out of favour at real and cappelo is a idiot. I know he is a little overweight but he will lose it hopefully. then he will score goals for Milan and Milan will have lots of success hopefully.
isn't all that impressive for a girl i knew all that off by heart

I think it is a good move for himself and AC Milan. Milan have struggled for goals after losing Shevchenko to Chelsea and Ronaldo needs games to get match fit. On his day he is still one of the best goal-scorers in world football and his record his second to none.

I know he's a good player but I think he's a bit past his prime...We will only have to wait and see...AC Milan would have done much better getting someone a bit younger-like Oddo

Yes, Mister Ronaldo does have lean muscle. Here are tips about his workout routine:
Cristiano Ronaldo Workout Day 1:
—> Total body weight training, followed by 30-minutes of cardiovascular training (goals – to improve strength, explosiveness and cardiovascular conditioning, while maximizing post-workout calorie-burning)
—> Complete 5 sets of 5 reps (with 45-seconds rest in between sets) for the following exercises: weighted pull-ups, dumbbell chest press on stability ball, stiff-legged deadlifts, dumbbell front lunges, barbell hang cleans, barbell push-presses, standing calf raises, 1-arm kettlebell swings, dumbbell side lunges
—> After weight training, go immediately into cardio workout of a 30-minute treadmill run using rolling hills (various incline levels) and increasing speed slightly every 5-minutes. If you didn’t leave a pool of sweat on the treadmill, you weren’t going fast enough.
