Annoying country? People can be annoying, governments can be annoying, even natural things like mountains or trees can be annoying, but I never heard of a country being annoying. But, because you asked, I'd have to say France.
Oh !! Country singer.... That would have to be that "Achey Breaky" guy. It's a tight race with about 20 or so other people too.

sorry to offend. but for me personally, it's Myanmar. I live in Thailand and have to make a lengthy and annoying trip there every 90 days to renew my visa. Nothing wrong with the place or the people, but knowing I have to go there soon is just not cool.
