Backstreet Boys tried to make a come back. It didn't make a huge dent in the music market. And N'Sync is still on the back burner. I guess their still waiting for Justin to return to the group. N'Sync says they never officially broke up. Does Justin feel the same two albums later?

I don't know why 'N Sync broke but for BSB the boys wanted to take a rest. Brian had a wife and a child , Kevin was doing something in TV , Nick released a solo album and the others were doing theire own career. But in 2004 they decided to come back again with the new album Never Gone (released in 2005) and they are planing for a new album for this year.

The reason why they broke up is because one of N'sync's singers were doing drugs.
The reason why the backstreet boys broke up is because nick was on crack.

BSB is comming out wit a new album in early 2007. nsync is officially over. but justin timberlake is still soo hot

Neither broke up, officially.
NSync took hiatus and BSB recently got back together. They are still doing stuff. Except Kevin left.
