I have a washing machine with traditional settings...or should I hand wash?

Wash it in cold water on gentle cycle....then put in dryer for 5 minutes to release wrinkles....lay out on a sweater dryer...or over the rungs of a wooden clothes rack. Arrange so it is not pulling out of shape.

The machine will be fine.....not too hot otherwise the colour will fade .

Wash them on high power, with lots of bleach and scalding hot water.

Use woolite or bring them to a drycleaners to be on the safe side.
