i have been married to my husband for three years and we want to get a divorce and he filed in ohio and suddenly moved and i cant find him and i want my divorce so i can move on with my life,what should i do?

You do what I had to -- hire a Private Investigator to track him down. Your lawyer should have access to a PI that they use.

If he filed in Ohio you should be able to go to the local courthouse where he filed and get the information you need. I suggest getting a lawyer yourself. Legal aid was great help to me!!

eep, hopefully you have a lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer, get one! If the divorce has been filed, continue on with the proceedings. You may be able to still get the divorce without him being there. I did.

Yes he can file for a divorce. It does not matter if you fight it after a year of separation he can have the divorce with or without your signature

Go file one yourself and proceed without him. Also go get a lawyer.
