it all depends... was it a violent crime? Is it a repeat offense? Were you on parole or probation? Did you fail to appear in court, or was there warrant for your arrest? If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, you will go to jail.

legal trouble??? if its small one like robbery and othere small things then no prom but if the legal trouble is related with the accident ,murder..... then u may go in jail......
