I am going to Tokyo at the end of February and will be taking the bullet to Sanrio Puroland and figure it will not take the entire day at that theme park and wanted to go to Disneyland right after that...but I was just curious if I would be able to walk there. thanks :)

No, Sanrio Puroland is in Tama Center, and Tokyo Disney is in Maihama. You'll need to get on the JR Keiyo Line and stop at Maihama station to get to Tokyo Disney.

The websites show some maps of the Tokyo Disney area.

there are a lot of motels close to disneyland, do exactly a seek on travelocity and so on. many that at the instant are not interior walking distanc have loose shuttles to and from the park, and correctly through fact the city bus line.

No they are not walking distance.. they are in two different areas.. please also take the time to visit Ghibli Museum too!! they are all fun!!
