When you heat cocaine up with other ingredients it becomes hard. You then take that & break it up into smaller piece for distribution. The smaller pieces are often called "rocks: on the street because they ar small and hard resembling a white rock.

he means that by selling rocks does not make him guilty of anything. he doesn't make them smoke crack therefore in his eyes he aint guilty. just puttin food on the table.
