Xmen or justice league? and why?

The line up is the real question because lets not forget about on little kid that is being taught by Professor X Franklin Reeds his power is to effect reality and there have been others in the past that could do the same plus there was an X man that was completely invulnerable like Sup but he was killed by space though the use of Magneto's powers. So face it we need the line up.

I would have to go with the Justice League. I like the X-men better, but nothing hurts Superman. I believe the rest of them would go down and fairly quickly (with the possible exception of Wonder Woman), but Superman can literally just sit there and wait it all out and still finish off all the X-men; because the X-men have nothing that can hurt him as best as I can tell.
Which is why the Justice League sucks so bad. They have one practically invincible member, how can they really lose. Even if Kryptonite is available then all the other Leaguers can just do the work then. The X-men can lose so it is much more exciting (if you allow yourself to get lost in the story) when they go against their enemies.

Depends on who writes the story. And if you are using current lineups or all line ups.
Superman would be tough to take down, but let Magik loose and she would take care of him (Supe's powers are useless against magic).
Wolverine would be the toughest of the X-Men, but Batman would find a way to do it.
Supprisingly, the final battles would be between people like Shadowcat, Atom, and the lower powered heros.
Then, just before Batman took down Wolverine, someone would suggest they all go out for a beer and the battle would be over.

If the x-men have phoenix they win because she could shut down superman & Jonn jonzz. No phoenix the xmen get smashed.

JLA would win because they have 3 members with almost unlimited strength. Superman,Wonderwoman and Green lantern, Wolverine is the only one that could stand toe to toe with any of them. If you could include any character from Marvel like spiderman, Hulk, or Thing then it would be a draw.

Justice League and X-men would be evenly matched. They Both are as powerful as each other.

x-men. wolverine has the ability to heal. in the end the final battle would be wolverine fighting superman. professor x hands his colleague a chunk of kryptonite and while superman is weakened wolverine strikes the final blow,piercing supermans chest with his adamantium claws and thrusting the kryptonite into the wound.
